The 2010 RoadRunner Kermesse is open to Cat 3, 4 men and women only. The Kermesse will lap the Snake course three times for a total of 18.9 miles. The Time Trial is not included in Kermesse registration, but can be signed up for separately.
Course Profile: Both men and women will lap the Snake circuit 3 times (18.9 miles). The Snake Course is a 6.3 mile circuit that starts out flat for 2 miles before entering the rolling hills of the Snake. The course descends off of the escarpment for 2.25 miles before returning back up to the start finish line (out and back). The final climb has a 7% grade and flattens out for 1000 meters at the finish. There is a total of 407 feet of climbing on each lap (1221 ft total). To win will require both aerodynamics and hill climbing ability.
The 2010 RoadRunner Road Event is part of the Omnium and is open to Pro 1, 2 men and women only. Pro 1,2 men and women will be required to complete the Road event as part of the Omnium to qualify for prize money. Omnium prizes will be determined by the combined placing in both the TT and Road events. In the event of a tie, Rule 202 will be used to determine a winner.

The Snake Course is a 6.3 mile circuit that starts out flat for 2 miles before entering the rolling hills of the Snake. The course descends off of the escarpment for 2.25 miles before returning back up to the start finish line (out and back). The final climb has a 7% grade and flattens out for 1000 meters at the finish. There is a total of 407 feet of climbing on each lap (4070 ft. men’s race – 2442 ft. women’s race). To win will require both aerodynamics and hill climbing ability.

The 2010 RoadRunner TT will have two separate components. 1) Pro 1,2 men and women will be required to complete the TT as part of the Omnium to qualify for prize money. Omnium prizes will be determined by the combined placing in both the TT and Road events. In the event of a tie, Rule 202 will be used to determine a winner. 2) Category 3, 4, 5 men and 3, 4 women can register to compete in the TT only. The TT only component is a separate event from the Omnium and will have merchandise prizes for the winners of each category (3, 4, 5 men – 3, 4 women).
